Every one is welcome at JUNK, and we hope to see you there! We spin funk, punk, rock, disco, ska, salsa, samba, meringue, klezmer, bhangra, rai, big band swing, 20s and 30s jazz, country, soundtracks, trance drumming, qawali, everything EXCEPT house and techno. Queers do not have monochrome tastes in music.
Right now Junk happens the second and fourth Saturday of every month at The Stud on Harrison Street at Ninth Street in San Francisco. Ten p.m. until three a.m. Phone the Stud at (415) 863-6623 for info. Only $5, no one turned away, free before ten pm.
