Booger Burgers
- In medium bowl mix with spoon
- 1 cup med consistency boogers
- 1 cup booger burger helper
- 1 english muffin, crumbed
- 2 T "what's this here sauce"
- 1 egg white, raw and beaten
- 1/4 cup warm water or 1/8 cup fresh, very loose nose fluid
- When mixture reaches a thick consistency, pack into burger patties by hand.
- Pan-fry patties in 1/8 inch hot lard.
- Serve patties hot on buns with your favorite burger condiments and garnishes.
Serves four.
