Booger Burgers

  1. In medium bowl mix with spoon
    • 1 cup med consistency boogers
    • 1 cup booger burger helper
    • 1 english muffin, crumbed
    • 2 T "what's this here sauce"
    • 1 egg white, raw and beaten
    • 1/4 cup warm water or 1/8 cup fresh, very loose nose fluid
  2. When mixture reaches a thick consistency, pack into burger patties by hand.
  3. Pan-fry patties in 1/8 inch hot lard.
  4. Serve patties hot on buns with your favorite burger condiments and garnishes.

Serves four.
