In Memory of
Dyke van Dick

(the self-pitying part)

The photo below was taken of Dyke van Dick, bearing frankincense and myrrh, en route to Istanbul. The trip was cut short when the violinist was swept up in a sand storm. She was never heard from again.

Before her untimely disappearance, Dyke van Dick recorded several songs, performed in many lands, and got along famously.

Sure - lots of bands get together and lots of bands break up. But dammit - months of practice, beer, and practice go into these projects and for what? Boo hoo hoo.
